People would always associate workout plans to having a healthy and strong body. It’s correct but it also helps when a person has proper nutrition to take on all the challenges of exercise. There wouldn’t be any progress if you don’t eat properly and just do exercise. Always remember that like bread and butter, proper nutrition and regular exercise are always together. What we need to keep in mind is that we should also do more of the healthy stuff to complement these two healthy options. We should drink lots of water to flush away all the harmful toxins inside the body and another thing we could do is to have dietary supplements. We can’t get all the nutrients that we need just by eating. It would also be very important that we have enough rest to take on all the challenges that we have to face each and everyday.

During my last workout I think that I may have seriously injured my shoulder. Whether or not it’s an actual injury or if it just hurts I can’t be sure. Of course though I am hoping it’s just aggravated and not really injured. I remember something my football coach said in high school. He asked us if we were injured or just hurt. That has really stuck with me because the two are completely different.
Any way, to get back on track I did some research online and found a shoulder workout that baseball players use to rehabilitate their sore shoulders. I’ve been trying this workout for the last few days and my shoulder does feel better but I can’t tell if it is actually helping.
Do workouts aggrevate or heal hurt shoulders? It seems that they could be hurting it but it does feel better so I’ll just keep on doing it.

I really love to get into shape. I have been like this ever since a lot of people started calling me fat on my last year in high school. I vowed that I would not be fat anymore and was definitely correct about that. I like that I am now in the best shape of my life. I really think that I owe to all of the people who made fun of me in high school. If it was not for them making fun of me, I probably would not have been in the state of mind like I am now to get and stay in shape. I really like exercising on a daily basis but do not have a lot of money. I still bought myself a cheap exercise bike. I am very happy that I have my own exercise bike, even though it is a cheap exercise bike.
